研究领域
代谢调控与衰老遗传学。衰老作为多因素驱动的复杂生物学过程,其核心特征表现为代谢稳态的渐进性崩溃。通过秀丽隐杆线虫、家蚕等短生命周期模式生物,结合遗传扰动、多重组学及动态成像技术,系统解析代谢变化如何通过表观遗传修饰、细胞器功能重构和跨组织信号传导等机制驱动衰老进程,为干预衰老相关疾病提供理论依据。
学术贡献
主持国家自然科学基因青年科学基金项目1项;主持中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目1项;参研国家自然科学基金项目及省部级项目多项。在 Cell Reports, Plos Genetics, Nature Communications等期刊发表多篇论文。
