研究领域

主要从事鳞翅目昆虫基因组和比较基因组学、家蚕表观基因组与表观遗传学、家蚕病源微生物与宿主互作等领域的研究,解析了鳞翅目害虫斜纹夜蛾基因组,相关成果发表于Nature子刊Nature Ecology & Evolution,被《重庆新闻联播》、《科学网》等视频媒体和新闻报道。近年来主持和主研包括国家自然科学基金、重庆市自然科学基金、横向合作项目等20余项。担任Insect Biochemistry and Molecular BiologyMolecular Genetics and GenomicsScientific Reports等杂志审稿人。在Nature Ecology & EvolutionPNASPLoS PathogensInsect Biochemistry and Molecular BiologyInsect Science等高水平期刊发表论文70余篇。
